ECS Antenna Adapter Plates and Doublers
Ensuring the precision alignment and mounting of aircraft antenna to withstand the daily hazards of in-flight and on-the-ground operations takes a solid understanding of aerospace engineering backed by proven experience. At ECS we understand the challenges that exist with installing antennas on aircraft and have the experience and team of professionals to ensure a successful installation. That is why we have worked hard to achieve FAA approval for the development and installation of large antennas.
Intelligent Design
Our design objectives are set to minimize impact to aircraft structure and performance, to optimize installation time, to maximize inspection intervals, and to build in maintainability. Through extensive analysis, all project requirements are considered. The end result: Antenna adapters and doublers that not only take into account operational issues such as fuselage expansion and proper venting and drainage of moisture ingression, but also comply with all industry critical standards and Federal Aviation Regulations.
All ECS adapters and doublers are manufactured from top aircraft grade materials and are fully tested to ensure product operational reliability. Detailed installation drawings and appropriate data are included with each kit that is shipped, and when necessary, on-sight consultation is supplied. You can be confident that ECS can handle even the most complicated installation program.
